  •      Course categories:

The first thing we do when starting work is to define the categories of courses, which means the specializations that the institute contains, to eventually form a hierarchical structure for the institute’s teaching field. For example, we begin by defining the main categories.


  •      Course types:

We assign each created category the courses it covers, through the Course Types window which allows us to specify course defaults:

A special account for revenues and deductions. Generate or not enroll for this course. Posting the registration automatically or manually. Its price, its duration.


  •      Course components:

They are values and elements that are added to the value of the course. In other words, they are an additional component of the course that the student bears as desired, such as home delivery service, a book attached to the course - a certificate at the end of the course, where the benefit from the knowledge components is highlighted:

  •      Student cases:

We can distinguish the students enrolled in a course by defining specific cases that we include for each student according to what suits him, in addition to distinguishing the case (student) with a color and a working method that differs from another case, so that in the end it becomes clear to us the classification of the students present in the course and their real number.

  •      Definition of halls:

It is essential that we define the institute’s halls and their capacity in order to generate data that will later provide us with information that provides us with the occupied halls and the empty halls, the program of each hall for every day, and the lesson times in each hall.

  •      Open the course (course card):

In each course type that has been defined (example: Excel course), we can open several courses of its own (example: (Excel-1, Excel-2), where a special card is created for each course, which can be accessed either from the course tree or automatically in the list. Drop-down program, in which you can do the following:

Determine the course hall, days and times of each day, and the start and end dates.

Determine the instructor for the course. Create a sales (revenue) account for the course.

Automatically generating a cost center for this cycle so that we can later determine the net profit/loss for this cycle specifically. Determine the course status in terms of (initial - ongoing - finished), which helps us in the process of searching and processing courses.

The inclusion of students belonging to this course in a flexible and smooth manner, with the possibility of introducing new students to the institute directly, and opening a card for each student in which (his phone numbers, addresses, detailed information about him) are recorded and (personal photo, obtained certificates, ....) are attached. Determine the status of each student and highlight it in a different color, according to the statuses defined in the “Student Statuses” window.

Adding and listing components specific to each student, while setting their own prices and discounts.

Possibility of registering student payments.

Displaying totals for this course, which include (the sum of the amounts paid by students for this course, the sum of the student discounts, the sum of the values of the components given to the students, the sum of the values of the component discounts, the net amount received from the course, and the amount paid and the remainder of it).

A special field that automatically shows the actual number of students in this course based on the student's defined status. Determine its level of confidentiality, so that we can determine the validity of its display to program users.
